Joining the Android test

The app is in testing on Google Play. If you’ve been invited, open the test link on your Android phone, signed in to the Google account you gave us, accept the invitation, then install from the Play Store. Not invited yet? Write to [email protected] with the Google account you use on your phone.

Joining the iPhone test

Anyone can join, no invitation needed. On your iPhone, open the TestFlight link, install Apple’s free TestFlight app if it asks, then tap Accept and Install. New test versions arrive through TestFlight, and you can send feedback with a screenshot from there.

Backups and moving to a new phone

Open You, then Backups, to see what is backed up automatically and to keep a copy of your own. On a new phone, sign in to the same Google or Apple account and restore from backup when you set it up, or use Import & export to bring a copy across. Photos are kept separately, so back them up from posing before you switch.

Deleting everything

Uninstall the app and everything it stored is removed from your phone. There is no account and no copy on our side to delete. Backups you made yourself stay where you saved them until you delete them there.

Opening shared links and files

Tap a dumbbells:// link, or open a .neon file from your messages or files, and the app shows exactly what it is before anything is added. You can also open You, then Import & export, and choose the file or paste the link. To make one for someone else, use Make something for someone.

Reporting a problem

Write to [email protected] and say what you were doing, what you expected and what happened. Your phone model and Android or iOS version help. Please do not send photos of yourself or health information unless we ask.
